Job Description:

• Manage technology programs, defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation and successful on-time delivery.
• Exercise technical judgment in working with large, cross-functional teams.
• Develop tools and processes to improve software engineering productivity.

• Work constructively with others in a diverse development community

Participate in on-line community forums, answering questions, and proposing solutions

Required skills/Experience:

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in Program Management on technical cross-functional projects.
• Experience in embedded systems development.
• At least 2 years in technical lead position
• Work experiences in Linux embedded system
• Good skills in embedded C programming
• Familiar with Linux IPC and multi-task programming, Linux peripheral drives and audio.
• Familiar with the SCM tools. E.g. Git/Gerrit
• Developing under desktop Linux
• Git, repo, bitbake, and yocto
• Designing, application, programming interfaces (API's)
• Continuous integration
• IP networking
• IoT, security, and cryptography
• Open hardware platforms (Arduino, Raspberry PI, MangOH, etc.)
• Previous work on open source projects
• Willing to write whitepapers
• Device divers
